Shipping and Delivery Policy

At VALF, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

Order Processing

  • All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

  • You will receive tracking details sent to the email address you registered at the time of purchase.

  • Once your order has been shipped, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and area pin-code.

Undelivered Items

  • If your order is not delivered due to incorrect information, missed deliveries, or any other issues, it will be returned to our shipping facility.

  • Upon receipt of the undelivered product, we will contact you. If your order was prepaid, we will either re-ship the package or issue a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled from our end. We recommend double-checking all details before confirming your purchase.
