Return & Exchange Policy
At VALF, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, we understand that size issues can arise, and we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility

Exchange Requests: You may request an exchange within 24-48 hours from the delivery date if the issue is related to sizing.

Conditions for Exchange: Exchanges are only permitted for sizing issues. All returned items will undergo a quality check, and exchanges will be refused if the product has been used, is damaged, or lacks the original tags.

Exchange Limit: One exchange per order is permitted.
Stock Availability

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product of your choice.
Exchange Fee

As we partner with third-party delivery providers, customers are required to cover only one-way shipping charges for the exchange (reverse pickup).

Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the exchanged item within 7-9 business days.
Unavailable Pickup Locations

In areas where return pickup services are unavailable, we will inform you. You can send the product back via your local courier with no additional exchange charges.
Non-Eligible Items

Items purchased during any promotional sale are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please provide an unboxing video. Upon verification, we will arrange a return pickup and offer store credit as a refund.
