Return & Exchange Policy

At VALF, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, we understand that size issues can arise, and we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange Requests: You may request an exchange within 24-48 hours from the delivery date if the issue is related to sizing.

  • Conditions for Exchange: Exchanges are only permitted for sizing issues. All returned items will undergo a quality check, and exchanges will be refused if the product has been used, is damaged, or lacks the original tags.

  • Exchange Limit: One exchange per order is permitted.

Stock Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product of your choice.

Exchange Fee

  • As we partner with third-party delivery providers, customers are required to cover only one-way shipping charges for the exchange (reverse pickup).

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the exchanged item within 7-9 business days.

Unavailable Pickup Locations

  • In areas where return pickup services are unavailable, we will inform you. You can send the product back via your local courier with no additional exchange charges.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items purchased during any promotional sale are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, please provide an unboxing video. Upon verification, we will arrange a return pickup and offer store credit as a refund.
